Description An enveloping and elegant Cortese from one of Piedmont’s most beautifully situated estates, nestled among oak woods on the Piedmont-Liguria border near the medieval village of Gavi. Green apple, white peach and citrus zest on the nose, with floral notes and a delicate hint of almond. The palate is rich and refreshing, bright lemon and pear underpinned by a lovely mineral thread. The finish is clean and zesty, with real gastronomic character. A natural partner for roast chicken or a well-chosen cheese board. Hand-harvested Cortese.
