Description Full of fresh red berry fruit with an earthy spiciness, this Garnacha has soft tannins, a velvety texture and a fresh, crunchy finish. It drinks beautifully on its own but is equally at home with roast lamb, grilled meats or a good Spanish cheese board. This is an exciting collaboration between winemaker Daniel Landi and the Agricola de Cadalso cooperative in the Sierra de Gredos, the rugged mountain range west of Madrid that has become one of Spain’s most talked-about wine regions over the past decade. Landi has been a key figure in putting Gredos on the map, and his work with the cooperative has helped save some of their finest old vineyards from abandonment, bringing serious attention to fruit that might otherwise have been lost. Grape: Garnacha. DO Vinos de Madrid, Sierra de Gredos. 13.5% / 75CL
